Constructing a starbase
Construct Starbase is an ability for the TEC Raloz Heavy Constructor that allows it to construct a starbase. It is functionally identical to its Advent and Vasari equivalents, Chrysalis for the Talion Savior and Deploy Starbase for the Jarun Migrator. The Raloz Heavy Constructor and the Talion Savior are Starbase Construction Cruisers, while the Jarun Migrator is the Vasari Colony Frigate, not a dedicated construction cruiser.
