Construction Bays

Construction Bays is an ability for the TEC Argonev Star Base that grants it Frigate Construction and Cruiser Construction. It has two levels, the first level allows the Argonev Star Base to construct ships slightly slower (75%) than a normal Frigate Factory, and the second level allows the Argonev to construct ships 75% faster than a normal Frigate Factory.
