Cultural Assistance is an ability of the Advent Herald Envoy that allows it to send teams to optimize the planet's work flow, decreasing upgrade costs and build time, resulting in improved relations.

This ability is best used when your ally is colonizing a new planet as it will help them in upgrading and save them a modest amount of resources. This ability requires three Temples of Harmony to be researched.
