Deploys a stationary weapon platform equipped with planet sieging weapons. Extracted from the game. The object produced counts as a ship, not a structure, so the Skirantra Carrier can use its ability, Replicate Forces, on it to increase planet bombing speed.

This ability was greatly improved in Patch 1.18. Its antimatter cost and cooldown were greatly reduced, enabling a Vulkoras to deploy many of these in rapid succession. To compensate, though, the lifetime of the individual siege platforms were reduced.
