Evangelization Nodes is an upgrade for the Advent Transcencia Star Base that allows it to function as a Temple of Communion, allowing the starbase to broadcast culture and repel enemy culture.

This upgrade is also the only way to spread culture from a neutral gravity well. Setting up a starbase in neutral territory in the middle of hostile space with this upgrade allows you to destabilize the region, forcing the enemy to divert logistics slots from labs and trade ports to broadcast centers in order to try to prevent their planets from revolting.
