Explore is an ability of Scout Frigates that allows them to automatically jump between planets.
Official Description: Ship will automatically fly to another planet when done his normal movement.

This ability starts out with Autocast turned off, the scout will move almost at random, passing up unexplored planets for already explored ones, sometimes jumping into certain destruction. Best used if you have a lot of Scout Frigates and low amount of Pirates and large Neutral Colonies.
