Not much is known about Galanthus except for the fact that it was one of the first planets to take up arms against the alien onslaught through recruitment and propaganda. Another fact was that during the opening seasons of the TEC, Galanthus was a huge supporter of the Coalition.
And although not directly stated it is possible the leader of Galanthus was also the same person who banished the Advent's ancestors a millennium ago as the same person under the name of 'Lucius Mannacher' is seen on the propaganda screen for TEC recruitment.
