Whenever a nearby friendly ship is destroyed, the capital ship gains hull points proportional to the destroyed ship's maximum hull points. The amount restored is increased if the destroyed ship was Boarded. Extracted from the game.

Note: In addition to normal destruction, the ability also work with scuttled ships and the target ship destroyed via the use of Demolition Team within range.
