Hey, very noob question coming up, but how does one get past the "ceiling" of diplomacy? The ceiling is where you have to break out the [[Envoy Cruiser]]-class vessels. The game states it's impossible to climb past 10.00 without them, so you're a magician. Just build some of them, and allocate one per world. Normally they give a flat relationship bonus; research abilities to cause the recieving party to gain further bonuses. Ah, my apologies, I'm fairly new to this particular wiki, the others normally prefer the talk goes there. And for the record, not a magician, the Advent have research to move the relationship cap up in the "Harmony" tree. The ceiling is where you have to break out the Envoy Cruiser-class vessels. The game states it's impossible to climb past 10.00 without them, so you're a magician. Just build some of them, and allocate one per world. Normally they give a flat relationship bonus; research abilities to cause the recieving party to gain further bonuses.
