I'd just like to state that I HATE these damn things. Especially when they hit a capital ship or titan the long duration is ridiculous.
In a long engagement they really hit the soft spot, but the other factions' abilities are more direct. - MA4585159 (talk)

Against Titans it is indeed quite op.... not to mention the effect always will last 5 minutes, even after you have left the range of the turret or the gravity well.
