Can anyone help with the following paragraph? Not quite sure what it means -
"While embargo properly reduces the target planet's tax income by 40,70,100%, the amount of income gained seems to be only about 40% at level 3, no research for level 1 or 2. It is possible is 40% at all levels, or may be even lower at levels 1 and 2."

- It means that the owner of the Sova does not GAIN 100% of the resources 'stolen'. The ability description says the player 'steals' these resources, which implies gaining them at a 1:1 ratio as the victim loses them, but experimental data has disproved this. At level 3, Embargo will Zero out the enemy player's credit production in the target gravity well (100% reduction), but only give about 40% of the stolen amount back to the Sova's owner. It appears even less than this at lower levels, but no-one has put forward significant data. This is Sins Trinity, I have not played Rebellion.Zerohourrct 20:12, July 3, 2012 (UTC)
