"Chance"?[]
Its hard to want to pick this ability when it only gives you numbers for the penalty. There is no mention here or in the game of how much "a chance" is. This lack of detail is easily Sins biggest flaw as far as I am concerned, normally it doesn't make much difference, but this is a friggin Titan!
After a little testing I captured a ship farely quickly, so the "chance" is not a rare event, but far from a high probablity as well. I still can't even begin to estimate a number, because I don't have anything to work with.
